I am in a loop by HBA vendors. When it comes to Intel servers it seems
like no one (JNI, Emulex, Qlogic) test indiviual servers. I am
interested in Emulex adapters and want to know if some have test these
adapters with IBM x440,X235,x232,Netfinity 5000, Compaq ML350,
ML530,Dell2600.

Emulex tells me to match the PCI specifications but does not granatie

Has any one tested these servers with Emulex adapters? and with which

In addition to what Lyle said, your server vendor will probably sell
you an FC-HBA that *they* support. I know Dell has one for their 2600
and larger systems, and IBM will certainly sell you one (although, I'm
not sure for which models).

Actually, Qlogic *does* test their HBAs in individual servers, or
at least they publish data on it. Check out their Interoperability
section at
http://www.qlogic.com/interopguide/, and specifically the document
