Compaq "Service"
Another reason I would never buy a Compaq again. Microsoft Word was included
with my computer. I've had two crashes (another reason I would never buy it again.) After the first crash Compaq gave me the code numbers I needed to resintall Word; after the second crash they told me to "take it up with Microsoft" because they had nothing to do with that. This is my second Compaq. Experience with the first was great but now the "Service" is miserable. Pat
