Default USB reader

Just wondering if anyone can throw some light on why when I upgraded from ME
to XP Pro I get 3 extra drives showing when I plug the usb card reader into
a port; none of new drives actually work. I reloaded the driver but still no
go.
thanks for any responses

Hi Opt, Most readers that have more than one slot for different mem
cards, set up a drive for each slot. Mine has 2 slots and two new
drives when it is plugged in. Jim
