Default Michael Dells E-Mail

Does anyone know Michael Dells or his assistants a-mail address. Have
problem with computer, was sold as new and found out it had been repaired
twice before I bought it off of the dell website.

While I know Customer Service can be difficult, at times, have
you tried contacting them for a resolution?

Why do you think it has been repaired?

I had to have the hard drive replaced (had computers then sixty days-but
warranty is for one year)and Dell accidentally sent me a itemized bill for
the replacement which listed being repaired three times on the invoice, when
I called they him hawed and tried to stonewall me from contacting Michael
Dell himself.

The hard drive was repaired three times or the system? Parts they send you
for replacement are refurb, not new. But I'm amazed they would attempt to
repair a hard drive though. Are you sure you're interpreting the bill
correctly? Can you post the exact wording here?

As for writing to Michael Dell, IMO it's a collosal waste of time. Did it
twice and so far no response. It's a placebo for those requiring a real
cure to their problem.

The hard drive they sent was reconditioned which I can't say really bothers
me, it was the wording on the invoice about three repairs to the system that
bothers me. Just received a reply from Dell that I had 14 days from purchase
to verify all aspects of the purchase. That sounds reasonable except how was
I to know that the computer had been repaired three times before I bought
it.

So this was a refurbished system?? Do you know what "refurbished" means?

I am confused. 14 days usually means you bought a refurbished machine from
the outlet store. Did you?

lol, the president's office ignored you! not even the courtesy of a reply.
can't help but think that that says more about you than it does about them.

Yeah, decided to ask them if they put used parts in the PCs they sell as
new. For some reason, they didn't want to answer that very simple question.
Wonder why? The lack of response tells me they probably do otherwise they'd
have no problem stating they do.

Guess they've had some bad class action suit experience based on another
post here and might be gun shy. Just think what a good lawyer could do with
that suit! Your poor Dell stock might take a hit Mutto.
