Intel Core Duo Chips - 64bit?
I'm looking at purchasing a laptop (like, today!). I've been looking at
a Turion 64 X2 machine, but was wondering if the Intel Core Duo based machines (T2300, T2400, etc.) were 64 or 32 bit machines? TIA ==steven |

TIA ==steven Depends on who you "believe"; Intel seems to think 32+32 = 64; but the core duo are two separate 32 bit chips. (no, they are not 64 bit). |
