Default Amazing Experience . . .

I recently had two most amazing experiences at the HP/Compaq web site.
Using their direct chat system, I communicated with two very knowledgeable
and extremely techs. I got the answers I needed in depth and without any BS
in under 5 minutes each. When the one didn't have the answer right at hand
he looked it up and was able to provide all the info I needed. Thanks to
them my friends 7470 is back running with a new HD and maxed out RAM without
a lot of hunting for info and hanging around on the phone trying to get
answers from some tech who knows less than I do about that particular
system.

I was most haply surprised by this and hope it is the beginning an
ongoing trend in the tech support department.

KC
