Default Does Logitech Quickcam zoom refresh = pro 4000 ?

Does "Logitech Quickcam zoom refresh" own the same hardware as
"Logitech Quickam pro 4000" ?

(this is very unclear in Logitech descriptions).

I think there is a design & marketing difference between these
products, but I wish to know if the hardware (CCD chipset quality) is
the same.
