Abit AV8 VIA K8T800 Pro
AMD 3200+

Memory: corsair twinX dual channel 3200

The Bios and Windows won't see all 4 of my 256 sticks of memory.

CPU-Z Memory Slot info:

Slot #1 CMX256-A-3200C2 Corsair
Slot #2 CMX256-A-3200C2 Corsair
Slot #3 CMX256-A-3200
Slot #4 CMX256-A-3200

How come CPU-Z can see the memory but windows won't report it?

Updated to AV8 BIOS 1.9 today.

====================================== also
Updated to AV8 BIOS 1.9 today and installed Abit uGuru apps.

Ever since My sound has become spotty. Sounds like its getting static
all the time. It Stutters.

I also upgraded to Realtek Audio Driver v3.62 AFTER the problem showed
up, hoping it would help. it didn't.

I've removed the Real Audio Drivers 3.62 and gone back to the ones from
the cd to no avail.
