Default Picture to puzzle service?

Is there a decent picture to puzzle service? Of the few local photo
kiosk, only 1 offers it but it's a tiny 15 pieces (3 pieces by 5
pieces, you guessed it 3" x 5") and the only DIY kit I found makes a
feeble 4 pieces puzzle from 2" by 2". I'm looking for a service that
offers closer to 100 pieces from one picture.

100 pieces might not be much for an adult but if you have 5 or 6 good
pictures with many similiar color and mix em all, those 500 or 600
pieces puzzle would get a bit challenging. =)

PS is there a way to turn multiple shots into one large mossiac type
picture? I think there's a software somewhere for this, and I have
probably close to 2,000 assorted picture of similiar theme.
