First possibility: Failed power supply, even with "power from power supply".
Second possibility: Failed motherboard.
Third possibility: Failed graphics card or on-board subsystem,
especially because the standard graphics delivered with the system uses
a typically hot-running nVidia graphics chip, prone to failure from
excessive heat.

Other possibilities are all pretty remote. Those are the big three.

Hi!

What color is the power button LED?

Do any numbers (1, 2, 3, 4 or any combination) light up and stay on in
the area near the front USB ports and headphone/microphone plugs?

Hi!

The on button has a yellow led light in it that goes
on.

That is an indication of:

1. Power supply failure.
2. A problem with a card in the expansion slots
3. A bad or damaged motherboard.

Pull the power plug from the rear of the tower and press the power button to
dissipate all power from the system and system board (say, 5 seconds).

Plug back in and attempt power up again.

Your scenario is likely a system board failure -
