Default Peltier

This is a Slot 1 Processor:

I was just working with my peltier atempting to resetup one of my systems.
I reset it up just As I did many years ago. But now every time I setup a
peltier ( by the way, I've tried two different one's) It Seems to be Just
heating up the processor beyond 100*C instead of cooling it down. To Get the
basic's out of the way: I've check to make sure that it was cold side on the
core, I did put in a cold plate but tried it without aswell. The Processor
Run's at about 29*C with just the Alpha P3125 on it and it did have arctic
silver on it. My best guess is it was not completely flat, But I dont think
it should be heating it up like that. I've tried to tighten the processor
but does not help. Just need a little input to make sure I hadn't forgotten
anything over the years?

Thanks

Well I used the P3125 Alpha heatsink, I know it's beefy enough, Im using the
same speed and type of processor I have used before.
