I've used them many times with no problems.
They've always replied to emails etc.
I have never had to actually RMA anything but on 1 occasion an item was
short some accessories that should have been there - sent an email & the
accessories arrived the next day.

Have broght a few things, make sure you check they have what you need in
stock because they will not tell you if it's out, making you wait forever.

Other then that, they are very reliable and secure.

I've used them on a few occasions and never had any problems but they
do have a terrible reputation for after-sales (often referred to as
SCAM Computers).

They're probably as good as anyone else at fulfilling orders for items
in stock but you may well have problems if you need to return
anything.

Received an AMD XP3200+ from them yesterday. Had 4 bent pins.

Have emailed back - am waiting in anticipation....

last time I ordered anything it was a 17" crt that i wanted delivered to
hull, they delivered it to the billing address in cambridgeshire without any
warning beacuse the billing address failed the address verification for the
card (it was correct on the invoice and we should know the address, we have
lived their for 20 years!!!), what puzzled me was if the billing address
failed the address verification why would they send the goods there?

needless to say lugging a 17" monitor back to hull on a train and a bus was
interesting to say the least - mind you so was trying to use my computer
without a monitor as i had gone back to uni having ordered the new monitor
and expected it to arrive a couple of day later
