Default packard bell

When i put my d.v.d master discs in windows loads and a packard bell
screen comes up it then asks me for selected components to restore !!!
and then asks me for a validation code , please can anyone help me
with this problem.

Have you tried the sticker with certificate of authenticity on the
side of computer
