Default 81.xx driver: where did "Digital Flat Panel settings" go?

I would be interested to know where this went too, as I need this option to
scale my widescreen monitor properly.

Hello

Upgrading from 77.xx to 81.xx forceware, I lost the "digital flat panel
settings" menu item. That's the one that lets you pick how to scale the
screen: display adapter scaling / centered / monitor scaling (fill the
screen) / fixed aspect scaling. Where did this go? Hope they didn't
remove it!
