Default Help with Embedded Pentium-M System chipset

Hi All,

I am considering a design for a embedded Intel Pentium M processor
(1.1GHz) and am looking for compact chipsets that will do the job.

I have looked into SIS (661FX) and VIA (VT8606 Twister T) chipsets
that I may be able to use but cannot get hold of datasheets and app
notes associated with these companies even after trying to contact the
companies directly

I have looked into Intel solutions (855GME) but am looking for a more
compact solution.

The important factors for me are
Chipset size (small as possible) Ideally Single or 2 Chip Solution
Chipset Power (low power)
Integrated Graphics (must have VGA)
North & South Bridge
SDRAM or DDR interface.
10/100BaseT Lan mac included prefered.

Anybody know were I can find such chipsets and where I get their
datasheets
Desgn Guides
App Notes.

Thank you

Saad.
