Default Help with Catalyst Control Center

Hi all,

I have a Radeon 9800 pro and the latest Catalys drivers installed. I
read a guide on Tweakguides.com on how to reduce the loading times of
the control center, and disabled some services on startup, like Ati
Smart, Atiptaxx...

But now, every time i open the control center, an error appears (i
translate it from italian):

CLI Application (Command Line Interface)
An error in CLI application occured. The program will be closed

And then it closes the control center.

Any suggestion to get rid of this dialog?

Thanks in advance!

You have .NET Framework installed, right?

You answered your own question...in your zeal to "reduce load times", you
disabled a service that is essential to CLI.

I cannot for the life of me imagine anyone worried over the milliseconds
that such "tweaking" may yield.

Since no one but you knows what processes you disabled, how can we tell you?
