Default WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIRMENTS 1950XTX

WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIREMENTS FOR 1950xtx. Box says for my ati 1950xtx
450watt supply 30amp 12volt rail . Went to ati site and looked at certified
power supplys that show at least 600watt or better on the list. I run my
580watt. it boots find and windows works games have stability issues .
