Default Help: Okidata OL 410e printing gabage

I was just given a Okidata OL 410e. I cannon get anything to print
however. The demo page builtin to the printer works fine, but when i
try to print anything from windows all i get is one line of percent
signs. I have tried the HPIII driver and the 410e driver that were
included with windows xp but i get the same output. Any ideas?
