Troubleshooting

I have finally got around to doing my upgrades but have ran into some
trouble.

1. Ultra 133 Maxtor/Promise Controller Card
2. 300GB Maxtor Internal HD
3. TDK 840 DVD Burner

Anyway what is going on now after installing the DVD Burner is that when
I boot up I get a blinking cursor for about 30 second before it boots
into window. Another thing is that I can not boot to a floppy it just
bypasses it and boot right into windows. It will boot from a CD though.

Both my 80GB and my 300GB had Disk Manager software on it leaving my
Drive Image totally unusable. The only thing that I can think of is
booting to the Red CD and running GWSCAN and 0'ing everything out but
then I am not sure of how it will be trying to repartition my 300GB into
4 partition. It was hard enough the first time to get the whole drive
recognized.

Any help would be appreciated. I will include system infor and partition
info.
