Default Ping...Bob Headrick

Bob. My 1120c picked up a quarter inch thick pile of paper. What a jam. How
do I disassemble to get the paper out? Any reply appreciated. Warren

http://h20015.www2.hp.com/en/documen...cName=bpd05296 may help. I
do not know the details about the 11.6 driver it mentions, but the DeskJet 890
that the 1120 was based on had a button sequence that allowed running the
rollers backwards to unjam paper. I would start with the driver solution and
see if that helps.

Warren,
That happened to me once on my HPIIP laser printer. I took an exacto knife
and cut thru 2 to 3 pages at a time and pulled out the pieces I had just
cut. Kept this up until everything was out. No permanent damage was done.
Hope this is of some help to you.
