Default Have anyone used TwinMOS lifetime warranty for RAM

Hi Folks,

could someone please let me know about any experience of dealing with
TwinMOS in the USA. I would like to replace the memory module under
the warranty but it doesn't seem easy to get in touch with them. Their
web-site is extremely bad and slow. I tried calling the US number
there but there is always an answering machine telling "our business
hours are... Please leave a message" even when I call during the
business hours they suggest. I sent them an email and it is still
unanswered after three days. This doesn't look good so far.

Would appreciate if anyone would share their experience with TwinMOS
customer service.

Thanks,
Andrew M.

I don't have any trouble getting into their site. Try this page for their
various locations:

This web-site lists the same contact info(email and phone number) for
the US as the web-site twinmos.com I tried earlier. I tried these to
no avail. Any further help would be appreciated.

If you've already sent email and called, perhaps your next step could be
Certified Mail with proof of receipt requested. That would have to be signed
for. But I'd try email again before that.

Sorry I can't report on any dealings with TwinMOS. Problems I've had with RAM
from both Crucial and Kingston have been taken care of very quickly.
