Default Boilerplate for installing ARO-1130C for Precision 410

I've never done this before though I'm looking to install an Adaptec
ARO-1130C RAID card in my Precision 410 under Windows 2000. Have 2
SCSI 18GByte drives that I'd like to have as RAID 0. Does anyone have
any information on how to do this (including necessary drivers?) I'm
assuming I may need to 'zap' my current Windows 2000 install and start
from scratch? Thanks.
