Default Amazon market traders (or whatever they are called).

Now avoiding them like the plague unless they are people that I have
heard of.

Just bought a tape Walkman. Amazon site said 'company a' was selling
the item, got email giving an individual's details. Got the item with
another company's stamp on the envelope. No invoice included either.

Item came with packaging covered in a THICK layer of dust and looked
as if it had seen better times.

Returning it under DSR.
