Default Replace Windows Explorer?

Do you use one of the third-party Explorer replacements? I've been
using PowerDesk Pro 4 with Win98, just bought new Dell, PD is not
compatible with XP. Could get PD5 free, or pay for upgrade to PD5
Pro, just wondering if other folks are using this, or maybe just
sticking with Explorer?

I've been using PowerDesk since it came out, and have kept up
on each new version... Now, on XP, PowerDesk Pro 5.

In my opinion, *much* more versatile than MS Explorer.

Thanks Larry. I'll probably buy it, since I need to also replace QV
Plus, and I think the pro version has most of the file viewers
included?

I've used PowerDesk Pro since it was released and wouldn't be without it.

Here is a link to a review of PD 5 by PC World:

I use it a lot for the FTP capability.

Going from Xtree to Xtree Pro to Xtree Pro Win to Norton Navigator, over the
years I haven't seen any one better than Powerdesk Pro for my purposes.
YMMV
