Just sent the following mail:

I have just been in receipt of an unsolicited Email from Zebra Computers
Ltd. I understand that you have been selling/providing email addresses from
previous customers/contacts of Tekheads to Zebra Computers Ltd. This is in
breach of the Data Protection Act and/or laws that prohibit the use of email
addresses for use of advertising unless the recipient has "opted in" to
receive such mails.
I trust that you are aware that you (along with Zebra Computers) could now
be reported to the Information Cmmissioner's Office and the ASA wich could
lead to prosecution.

I look forward to your apologies and reassurance that you will contact Zebra
Computers with the view that they remove any recipients email addresses from
their databases that have not expressed a wish to receive emails for the
purpose of advertising.

the email list you obtained for your unsolicited mailshot.
