Default Error message when looking for system information

when I click on system information I get the message Can't collect
information - Cannot access the Windows management instrumentation
softwafre. Windows management files may be moved or missing. The
computer still seems to be mostly working ok, but I occassionall get a
parsing error mesage, but when I click ok whichever program I am using
at the time continues as usual.

Thanks
Mike
