Offsite Backup
I run a small business with two office locations and would like to
back-up each server to the other via internet. I understand there are many web companies marketing automatic online backup services; however, I hope to reduce costs by backing up to my own remote systems. Thank you for any help finding software for this need. |

With my Linux boxes, I use "rsync" over an encrypted "ssh" connection to do this. Both programs ship standard in most Linux distributions. -- greg |

While I wish we were on Linux, our servers are now running Windows NT
4.0 (yes, apparently we are still stuck in the stone age). Many thanks for sharing your expertise. |
