Default SVP Communications

I bought a zip-up CD case from SVP late last year. It broke, and I=20
emailed them about it at 3pm yesterday.

Today I received a replacement case.

Absolutely remarkable service especially over a =A35 item that must have=20
cost them as much again to send me.

Their prices for CDs, DVDs etc are also very good.

They also operate as blankdiscshop and 121cdr

Me too, they have a great reputation, which is a rarity these days for
buying online.

Great company.

Yep, here's another to the list. Never had a problem and the 99p shipping
deals (when spending over £30) every other weekend are handy too...

An another - best online company I've ever dealt with.

What is the name of the site please

Superb in every way, though I wish they'd do a uk.comp.vendors special every
now and then for those of us who eternally sing their praises. Free postage,
that sort of thing.....

LOL I was gutted earlier - hoping to take advantage of the 99p shipping,
only to find they`ve got none of their usual 80min CDRs in stock, they
were all over £25 per 100 (with the exception of the black bottomed ones)

Yes, they're great! Steve and the team work very hard, and their CS is
wonderful.
If anyone wants to know my experience of them, feel free to email me.
I've had a couple of problems, but they've always resolved them *VERY*
quickly, and totally hassle free.

Oh, just make sure you don't type in www. blankdis*K*shop.co.uk (it's disc!)

(I had a problem with my last order, in the fact that the courier had
damaged the box, and pilfered some contents - and accidentally emailed to
www.blankdis*K*shop.co.uk instead)
Yeah, I felt like a plonker, and proceeded to write out 1000 lines....
;-)
