Default is there a utility that can wipe out my hds?

I have two hds setup as ntfs dynamic disks but I want to delete them.
Obviously i can't do it from windows (especially the boot drive). Is there a
simple utility that will boot to dos and reset my hd like it was when I
bought it? no partition infomation etc

The dynamic container is just a primary partition that fdisk can delete. You
can also wipe the first track.
