Should I buy a new Dell now or wait for Windows 7?

If your PC does what you want / need it to do and you don't feel
limited by it, then I would wait.

That advice might even be for after Windows 7 is released. If you
feel hardware constrained in some way, or if you feel that Windows 7
offers features that you would want, then go for it, otherwise why
spend $$$ unless it brings real value to you.

How are you constrained right now -- do you use your PC for gaming? Do
you use it for video editing? How is your current PC limiting you,
and how would the hardware that you are looking at improve things?
