Default problem with powerstrip

I cannot separately set horizontal and vertical fequencies in
Powerstrip, it seems they're locked up: ie, if I set horizontal at 85
Khz, also the vertical frequency updates to 85 Khz as well, while
usenet is plenty of guys switching to any fequency they want all day
long

Default problem with powerstrip

Hi Jad, I'm tring to use an old IBM monitor (powerdisplay 19) and I'm
unable to find specifications online about its frequencies, since I
know it can support only a few modes; i know for sure it supports
1280x960 at V75 x H80 (used by a friend of mine). I installed TightVNC
on a network to remotely control this monitor connected to a Quadro4
900XGL, and with powerstrip i was tweaking the parameters, but I can't
get different H and V frequencies, and any locked frequency I try for
1280x960 don't seem to work...
