Default Precision M6600 and Bluetooth Mouse on Windows 7

A Dell Bluetooth Travel Mouse (F298K) Works fine on another machine and
even a macbook, but will not stay connected to a $1,200 Precision M6500.
I tried replacing the batteries, updating the bios and adding the mouse
several times.
After updating the bios from A02, to A07 then A12 (can't go from A02 to
A12 for some reason) it started working. For about half an hour.
I tried deleting it from the BT Devices menu, and re adding it. It
appears to add and I get the "added successfully window" but the blue
LED on the mouse is still blinking and the mouse doesn't move the cursor.
I want my Mac back.

If it is an M6600 you could post to the M6600 owners thread at:

A very helpful bunch with expertise on the M6600.
