BAD Monarch Computer Experience?

I just purchased from monarch a few days ago for the first time and it

I purchased from Monarch. I had to dispute charges likewise. I will no
longer purchase from them. I didn't think they were all that special to
begin with. I called them a few weeks ago for tech support and even though I
left my number and a description of the problem on thei answering machine
(imagine that!), they never returned my call. Good luck to you.
