I agree.
Stop buying Dells. That's what I did. In fact, I'm sending my latest (XPS 600) back to them this week for a refund. They disappoint not only in the tech support arena, but in their builds, as well. First a bad 9100. Replaced by a lesser 9150. Now the XPS600 has been a major disappointment. 13 months of bad equipment, bad customer service and equally poor tech support.
