Default nVIDIA 8800GT: Leadtek Extreme or EVGA Superclocked?

Ordering my new rig tomorrow morning. I'm basically looking for the
best graphics card for £200 or less. I think I'm choosing between the
Superclocked EVGA:

And the Leadtek Extreme:

The Leadtek is more expensive (by just £9) and has faster speeds but
less memory bandwidth.

The EVGA comes with a lifetime warranty and a 'step-up' program, but
it comes pre-overclocked which presumably means I can't overclock it
anymore myself. I assume that I will be able to overclock the Leadtek
which is something I might do in the future.

This is for gaming and I will be running Vista 64.

Can anyone help me decide?
