Default FSB/RAM MHz vs Low SDRAM Delays

Can anyone tell me which angle is the best to go when OCing? If I lower the
SDRAM delays and CAS latency to 4-2-2-2T, I can only overclock my FSB/memory
to 210MHz in the BIOS. If I want to increase FSB/memory to 217MHz, I have
to increase the SDRAM delays to 7-3-3-2T. Which should I be focused on?
Higher FSB/memory MHz or lower SDRAM delays?

Thanks for any replies in advance!

Rip

You should bench in both configurations and see what yields the best
results, then decide what you should run at.
