native resolution of printers?
Hi all,
I had an Epson Photo 700 and as far as I knew, the native resolution was 360dpi. I now have a Canon i9950 and was wondering what the native resolution is, because i've heard that if you send your images to the printer at it's native resolution, it won't stuff up when it scales the image to the printing resolution (eg 4800dpi or otherwise). So how do I find out the native resolution of my printer? canon.com doesn't seem to have the info. -- Ben Thomas Opinions, conclusions, and other information in this message that do not relate to the official business of my firm shall be understood as neither given nor endorsed by it. |
