Default 2,5 inch hard drive, what is minimum current consumption for these?

Hello

I was wondering what is the minimum current consumption for 2,5 inch
disks? I use IBM travelmate 13GB and it uses 500mA and i think it's
quite small current instead of 700mA or 1A. If i could get a disk that
uses 0.5A it would have effect in longer time of using may IBM
thinkpad 240 after each charging of the batteries. I don't need many
GB, few will be enough. Does anybody knows a comparision or some data
about this topic?
