Presario Laptop Battery
I have a 715US. I keep it plugged into the wall all the time. Recently the
battery charging light is on at all times, it showed "97% remaining (charging) " and today is reads "96% remaining (charging)". Why isn't it fully charged?

Because you keep it plugged in all the time. Run the thing on the battery untill dead the recharge it and stop leaving the battery in it all the time unless your using it on battery.
