Default Best disk recovery service for drives with hardware problems?

Hello,

I have a laptop hard drive that we need to recover the data from. The
drive has hardware problems -- in particular a bearing problem that is
causing something called "platter wobble". The actuator failed, but
before it did there's some platter damage.

We've already had DriveSavers do a recovery. They were able to get
perhaps 90-95% of the data back, but there were a significant number
of files (several hundred at least) where the recovered file contains
no data (all zeroes).

Since, of course, the data that _didn't_ come back is the most
important, we need to try to get the rest of the data back.

To that end, can any of you who are sysadmins or IT managers recommend
a drive data recovery company that has a better track record for you
than DriveSavers?

Thanks and regards,

If there are zeroes there, then the data is gone.
