Default Speech recognition, Naturally Speaking vs Windows Speech Recognition

Looks like the Dragon NaturallySpeaking text-to-speech utility does
not read webpage material unless it is in a text box. That's pretty
much useless, so I'll need a separate TTS program.

But having real speech recognition again certainly will be a relief,
after many months in the Windows Speech Recognition desert. I'm using
DNS now, not far from a fan, with no background noise errors. Funny
thing, your speech recognition experience can change depending on the
season.
