CW417404 memory chips
I have 2x 16MB (capacity confirmed on a P1 board) memory modules with these chips. Each has 16 pieces.
So one chip would be 1Mx4bit. The module itself is clearly marked as EDO. |

Ok, that was miscalculated. Organization would probably be 2Mx4bit. A bit strange though. As far as voltages go I think all these 486/P1 boards used 5V 72pin modules.
