Default Prior Windows Install not found on KG7-Raid with HPT370

Help if you can! My RAID0 array is my boot disk, C: drive with Windows XP
installed on it. But, if I need to boot from CD, the installation isn't
found on the RAID. In fact, my IDE drive becomes my C: drive and the RAID
array becomes the D: drive.

This makes it impossible to do a Windows repair that replaces the existing
installation with original operating system files.

Am I missing something obvious? Thanks!
