Default X3950 hardware

Just a couple of hardware questions.

1. Does anyone know if the M/board is transplantable into another
case/psu combination? i.e. is it proprietary power/format etc...

2. if not can anyone recommend a decent graphics upgrade?

3. without opening it up and invalidating the warranty (ACER puts a
warning sticker on it - not sure how valid that is), can anyone give me
any info on the number of SATA ports etc...

many thanks

Stu

Knights of the old republic was originally designed on Xbox hardware which has an equivalent Geforce3 TI card I'm told? So since it's optimized for Nvidia hardware I'm guessing that's my problem? Atiupgrade Ati Videocards 4 January 12th 04 01:32 AM
