Default Making Game Profiles using CCC

OK I'm dumb, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to make a profile
for a game using CCC. I can make the shortcut, but how do adjust the
settings for the profile? I can't see where I can adjust AA or AF or the
rest of what the profiles for in the first place. The CCC help is worthless.
I was using ATI ToolTray, but I think I might have been having problem with
it, so I'm back to CCC.
TIA JLC
