Default Video card for surveillance, any Recommend?

I have 4 cameras (not web cams, they're RCA output pin hole cameras), and I
want to connect to my computer for surveillance use. Any recommendation on
the video cards that can take 4 RCA inputs? Also what kind of software do
you recommend?

Thanks..

Default

Osprey 100 takes 4 inputs but it switches between them. There are others that capture 4 at once for about $200US but I don't know
what brands they are.
