Roxio is a LIAR (sparing)(x) ---------------------------- DirectCD for Windows Technical FAQs http://www.roxio.com/en/support/dcdwin/dcdwinfaqs.html " In practical terms, you will probably never wear out a CD-RW disc. " The above is a LIE, according to none other than a cRoxio Shill: ====================== From: Mike Richter (cRoxio Shill) Subject: Problems with EZCD 5 Platinum and UDF Date: 3/30/03 The disc is going bad. Erasables do that. You will probably find that a full format takes a long time now and gives less than the usual amount of free space; that's because sectors recognized as bad are taken out of service. If sectors are going bad between formats, they are going bad in use and the disc is worn out. ====================== With a Shill like this, cRoxio doesn't need any critics! -------------------------- cRoxio, Eat Your Heart Out !!! -------------------------- |
