What is the difference between SATA150 and SATA 3Gb/s? Why are SATA150 HDs
more expensive? And which would you recommend?

Thanks for any help.

Ask the manufacturers.

I paid around $110 for a 7200 RPM Hitachi 250GB SATA II drive, and $155 for
a 10,000 RPM 74GB WD Raptor (SATA 150). The Raptor is *much* faster, but
holds far less, so apparently speed is worth more than space.
