The processor is 64-bit capable, but you must be running a 64-bit OS to take
advantage of it.

Are you sure?

Left-click on the Start button, right-click on My Computer and select
Properties: under System I read OS 32 bit!

I have to install a driver and the producer asked to me to be *sure*
it's 32 bit.

Please, help me to determine if I can! :-(

Then you're running a 32-bit OS. That does NOT imply that you processor is
32-bit, as todays 64-bit processors can run 32-bit code just well...

Drivers are 32- or 64-bit depending on what OS version you have
WinXP32 takes 32bit drivers
WinXP64 takes 64bit drivers
