Dead Pixels LCD solution needed!
I have dead pixels on my LCD 19inch desktop monitor. Many! but
because they are not the size of a thumbprint I can not get it replaced. Can someone please tell my how to put my moniter over the edge and break it or make a few more dead pixels. You wouldn't believe how bad it is, but I got it from a second source place and they say it is within reason. It is so bad and they mislead me during origional sale. I bought insurance which cost almost as much as moniter so they will not be losing money here, but boy did they rip me off. They told me it worked but failed to mention the "slight" problem. gosh Thanks! |

It's too late to do something tosave you. You learned a lesson. Next time, buy an LCD from a store that has no Q asked return policy. |

It's not about what area they're in but how many there are altogether. Each manufacturer has their own standard for what is acceptable however IBM who have one of the highest counts, still only have 16 as a maximum before its deemed defective. Have a read he http://www.screentekinc.com/lcd-quality-standards.shtml -- Conor Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak......... |
